Our Services

We offer concreting, outdoor landscaping, pool surrounds, paving, fencing, and full backyard transformation packages across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and surrounding areas.

Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are based on details you provide and may be revised following on-site inspection.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if job conditions differ from initial scope.
• All pricing is inclusive of GST unless otherwise noted.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due on completion of works unless a prior written agreement is in place.
• We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash payments.
• Late or overdue payments may attract fees or affect future bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee depending on the nature of the work scheduled.

Project Limitations

• We take care on every job but are not liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces or structures.
• While we aim for a perfect finish, some imperfections or environmental constraints may limit outcomes.
• Severe weather or site access issues may impact our ability to complete work as planned.

Liability

Luxcrete Constructions is fully insured. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services.
